The Sony KDL-40 EX 700 is edge-lit LED-based LCD screen. You can get improved styling, Wi-Fi connectivity.The KDL-EX 700 use as little power and not perfectly image quality for anyone lookingfor a home theater,but the TV earns cheaper than brother ( 46 inch series up) for buyers who still want Internet video and superb energy efficiency.


Design
The Sony KDL-EX700 series have a good design and design prototypes for the later TV. The KDL- EX700's glossy black stand on swivels, so we're glad for that. It's made of the same glossy, black plastic as the TV's bezel. and the TV's backside is matte and unlike the glossy.panel-concealed rear of the NX800. Both sets share the same thin, notched profile that's 2 5/8 inches deep at the widest.



We also liked the KDL-EX700's remote control.The remotes excellent button arrangement and nice concave shape stay intact, as does that weird power button on the back of the remote and the stealthy sliding battery compartment (yes, we just praised a battery compartment).

Internet Features
Netflix : The Netflix is primary standard of streaming video and new movies are added regularly,but the library isn’t quite perfect.


Amazon on Demand : The top of streaming video service, work on pay-per-view basis rather than Netflix’s subscription service. A large library of movies and TV shows.


YouTube : everyone don’t like image quality for online media is generally bad, I think non-HD YouTube--probably because in most cases the video content was designed for the Web.
the Sony KDL-40EX700 can play back your photos with USB port, you have to tangle with the menus (Home Menu > Photo > USB) to access photos.
